Members should bring canned food for the food drive. The deadline for entries in the County Food Show is Nov. 27th. Nov 11, 2006 Scurry-Rosser : Archive S-R 4-H meets The Scurry-Rosser 4-H Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at the S-R Middle School. The meeting will be devoted to projects and recordkeeping. Oct 9, 2006 Scurry-Rosser : Archive Booster club to meet The Scurry-Rosser Booster Club will hold its first meeting at 6 p.m. Sept. 5 at Lee's Pizza. The club helps support school athletic events. Aug 31, 2006 Scurry-Rosser : Archive Wildcat football begins Saturday The Scurry Rosser High School Wildcats play their first scrimmage Saturday, August 19th. They meet Malakoff High School at Wildcat Stadium. The second and final scrimmage of the season will be Thursday, August 24th at Boles. The opening game of the regular season will be Friday, September 1st at Blooming Grove.
