A family owned a "mutt," a Heinz 57---no pedigree, just a loveable dog. The dog became pregnant and the puppies were due in a few weeks. She was playing in the backyard one afternoon and by a freak accident got both of her hind legs cut off in the lawn mower.
She was rushed to the veterinarian; her life was saved but she had no back legs. It wasn't long until the dog learned how to get around. She learned to maneuver by taking two steps with her front legs and then flipping her backside…taking two steps and then flipping her back side. It wasn’t very gracious looking, but it worked.
She soon gave birth to six little puppies---all in perfect health. As a good "mama" dog, she loved them, nursed them and they all learned to walk. However, they all walked by taking by two steps with their front legs and flipping their backside! Just like their mama! As a parent or grandparent, look around, is someone following in your steps and walking just like you?
