A man and a woman from Garland were arrested earlier this month after police say they supplied an undercover officer was 100 ecstasy pills.

Michael Pool, 20, and Sabrina Milligan, 20, have been charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Both were released after posting $15,000 bond.

Police say Mr. Pool called an undercover officer and offered to sell him the pills. They agreed to meet on U.S. Hwy 175. Ms. Milligan was with Mr. Pool when he met with officers and both were taken into custody.

Thirteen have been arrested in the ongoing investigation, several for providing ecstasy.
