Homecoming activities will be highlighted with five being inducted into the Kaufman Sports Hall of Fame at an Oct. 19 luncheon.
Being honored are:
George Robert Long, Class of 1948, KHS (deceased)
Marvin Hill, Class of 1950, PHS
James Randall Coy, Class of 1960, PHS
Edgar Cotton, Class of 1960, KHS
Brooke Bounds Glass, Class of 1988, KHS
The luncheon begins at 11:30 in the high school gym. Tickets are $10 and are available at the administration building. Special-price tickets are available to service organizations by contacting Paulette Murrah at 972-932-2622.
The homecoming game against the Ferris Yellowjackets begins at 7:30 p.m. at the stadium.
